WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We are not responsible for content on any third-party provider’s platform or on any other site outside of the Website. Google Analytics: You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Services available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Exercising the right to limit the use or sharing of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not sell or share Sensitive Personal Information as defined by US privacy laws and have not done so in the past twelve (12) months. We use Identifiers and Location Data for the purposes set out below, including, without limitation, for providing our Services, complying with legal obligations, and other purposes consistent with your consent and applicable law.

We will only process Sensitive Personal Information for the purposes specified in § 7027(m) of the California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations, or without the purpose of inferring characteristics about a consumer. We use Identifiers and Location Data for the purposes set out above, including, without limitation, for providing our Services, complying with legal obligations, and other purposes consistent with your consent and applicable law.

You may request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. All Personal Information will be retained in accordance with the CCPA and all other applicable governing laws.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we collect from you if applicable. In certain situations, we are not required to delete your Personal Information, such as to services requested by you, to comply with a legal obligation, to engage in research, to secure our Websites or other online services, or to otherwise use your Personal Information internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

A request or exercise of your right(s) must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized agent, and should include: (i) the state of which you are a resident; (ii) a description of your request/exercise of your right, with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond; and (iii) identifying personal information.   • Google Ads. We also use Google Ads tracking technology to analyze website traffic and improve our advertising efforts. Google Ads uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Website, including but not limited to IP addresses, browser types, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data helps us understand user engagement and optimize our advertising strategies. THE WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICES MAY CONTAIN LINKS TO THIRD PARTY OWNED AND/OR OPERATED WEBSITES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OR THE CONTENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE. We suggest that you contact these third parties directly for information regarding their privacy, security, and data collection and distribution policies prior to providing them with any information.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives or because we are required by law, such as patient-related laws, or insurance carriers, to maintain information), we will securely store your personal information.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
